EXPERTISE 

Charlotte is an Associate in the Global Investigations team. Charlotte joined the team in September 2020 after completing her training contract at Addleshaw Goddard. Charlotte has a range of experience, including in commercial dispute resolution.  

Charlotte's recent experience includes:

• Acting for a FTSE 100 company in relation to an HMRC investigation into alleged money laundering, misrepresentations and tax evasion, involving foreign jurisdictions
• Assisting with an internal investigation in relation to incorrect banking practices
• Acting for an investment management company in a dispute with a major litigation funder surrounding alleged breaches of a Litigation Funding Agreement
• Acting for an individual at the Court of Appeal stage in claims arising from alleged breaches of oral contracts.
