Harry is an associate in our commercial disputes team, where he qualified in September 2022 after training with the firm. Harry specialises in a range commercial disputes, with a particular focus on complex high value commercial disputes for a wide range of clients including corporates, government bodies and high net worth individuals. 

Harry's recent experience includes:

• Representing NKT group in the defence of collective proceedings brought on behalf of domestic energy consumers in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. 
• Acting for the Viscount of the Royal Court of Jersey in the conduct of complicated and high value proprietary claims arising out of High Court litigation involving a large number of parties.
• Advising a UK based technology company on the enforcement and breach of restrictive covenants in a shareholders' agreement.
• Advising an international investor on claims for fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of contract against a UK based property developer.
• Acting for a large UK based food manufacturer and supplier on the defence of a breach of contract claim.

Harry also regularly represents military veterans on a pro-bono basis in the First-Tier Tribunal of the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber.
