Serena is a Principal Knowledge Lawyer within the Real Estate Division.
She was originally an Associate who acted for institutional investors in relation to their property portfolios, carrying out property management work and advising on portfolio sales, purchases and re-financing exercises. Serena then spent six years as a lecturer at BPP Law School where she became National Module Leader for the Property Module on the Legal Practice Course. This role involved designing and delivering the module to students along with design of the assessment programme. Serena now combines her skills in her practice support lawyer role by providing training and practice-updates both internally and to clients.
