Kimberley is a Legal Director in the Finance team. She advises lenders, investors and borrowers on a wide range of cross border, international and local financing transactions as Scots law and English law principal adviser whilst also supporting US and other overseas law firms on Scottish aspects of UK-wide and international deals. Kimberley has significant experience on complex and high value international fund finance deals involving Scottish limited partnerships, real estate finance (including complex BTR development financings and market leading CMBS transactions), leveraged finance, general corporate lending and debt restructuring deals.
