Sioned is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate team based in Leeds having joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2013.

Sioned undertakes all aspects of real estate work with a strong focus in the logistics sector, acting for developers, landlords and tenants on acquisitions, site assembly, debt financing, developments, asset management work, disposals and everything in between. 

Sioned's experience includes: 

• acting for institutional investor landlords abrdn, CBRE GI and CBRE IM on all aspects of property management (including leases, licences, acquisitions and disposals);
• acting for investor landlord Ribston on all aspects of property management (including portfolio acquisitions and disposals);
• acting for the developer on a £200m mixed use development brought forward by a consortium in Brough, East Yorkshire;
• acting for a Hong Kong investor in connection with their purchase of Lloyds Bank Headquarters in the City of London and subsequent refinance; and
• acting for CBRE GI on the sale of the iconic landmark, the Royal Albert Docks, Liverpool.
