Sioned is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate team based in Leeds having joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2013.

Sioned undertakes all aspects of real estate work with a strong focus in the logistics sector, acting for developers, landlords and tenants on acquisitions, site assembly, debt financing, developments, asset management work, disposals and everything in between. 

Recent experience includes:

• Advising the Brough South Collaboration on the (on-going) development of the mixed-use scheme at Brough South (including disposals to Aldi, Barratt Homes, Bellway Homes and LNT Care Developments).
• Advising multi-let industrial property specialist investors Ribston on the acquisition and subsequent asset management of over 45 multi-let industrial assets across England and Wales.
• Advising an investor landlord on its disposal of a portfolio of 6 multi-let industrial assets for £28m.
• Advising CBREIM on the disposal of the mixed-use iconic Liverpool landmark – The Royal Albert Dock to Neo Capital for £40m. 
• Advising a developer joint venture on a land assembly acquisition of a site for residential development.
