Addleshaw Goddard advises commercial financial technology business Lendscape on investment by Bowmark Capital

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard's private equity team has advised Lendscape on a significant investment by private equity firm Bowmark Capital

Lendscape is a technology provider to the global secured commercial finance market. They provide software and technology solutions to 120 banks and financial institutions, supporting the management of over $200 billion of lending annually. Founded in 1972, Lendscape enjoys a market leading position, and Bowmark's investment will support Lendscape's continuing innovation to meet the growing global demand for secured lending, as finance providers increasingly scale and digitalise their operations.

AG's Head of Private Equity Mike Hinchliffe said:

"Our team were delighted to support Lendscape's founders and management team on this fundraising. The business enjoys an outstanding reputation with finance providers, and we are sure their services and products will continue to evolve and flourish in both existing and new global markets with Bowmark's support."

The AG deal team was led by Head of Private Equity Mike Hinchliffe and Private Equity partner Gemma Phillips, supported by a multi-disciplinary team across numerous practice areas including Liam Gasior, Magda Janki, Ciaran Ferry and Miriam Doukhan (Corporate), Zoe Fatchen and Euan Mills (Tax), Jonathan Fletcher Rogers (Incentives) and Michael Leftley and Katherine Nash (Employment).

Addleshaw Goddard's Private Equity team is ranked no.1 for private equity deals by volume in the UK and Ireland based on latest mergermarket data, and was recently crowned Pan-European Legal Adviser of the Year at the Real Deals Private Equity Awards 2023.
