Addleshaw Goddard's Yorkshire Corporate team has advised private equity house, Key Capital Partners (KCP), on its majority investment of over £8m, backing the management team of YorkTest Laboratories Limited (YorkTest) in completing an MBO that sees CBPE Capital sell its entire stake in the food intolerance testing business.

YorkTest, which has a long-established UK direct customer base, has seen a growth in sales overseas through its Lorisian brand, due to demand from a series of business partners, including: a network of nutritionists; and Healthcare, Insurance and Occupational Health blue-chip customers.

The AG team who advised on the deal comprised of: Yunus Seedat, Adam Kaucher, Matthew Davies, Ben Collins and Caera Loughran.
