Addleshaw Goddard has announced the appointment of leading incentives and tax specialist, Jonathan Fletcher Rogers, to lead its Employee Incentives team within the Firm's Employment and Incentives Group.


Jonathan will join the London based practice on the 12th December, arriving from specialist employment and incentives firm, Abbiss Cadres LLP where he was a partner. Prior to joining Abbiss Cadres, Jonathan spent over 10 years in the share incentives practice at Allen & Overy LLP.

Jonathan has experience in advising both FTSE main market and AIM listed companies on a broad range of employee incentives work, encompassing standalone advice on share and cash incentives as well as remuneration and corporate governance matters. He has also worked with a number of private companies both in the UK and US, ranging from start-ups to more established businesses. Jonathan has significant experience advising on the incentive aspects of corporate deals, including AIM and NASDAQ flotations, private equity and other M&A transactions, and whilst at Abbiss Cadres Jonathan has been the main adviser to a number of other law firms providing them with share incentives coverage on both transactions and standalone matters for their clients.
