The government has published draft regulations for consultation on the liability and insurance requirements applicable to UK launch activities.  This follows on from the consultation on the wider regulatory regime and draft legislation implementing the Space Industry Act 2018.  See our comments and a key issues summary here, in our latest piece on space industry regulation.  The liability and insurance requirements consultation ends on 10 November 2020.
