Our Up To Speed programme provides free training on key legal documents and negotiation topics, with a focus on the real issues you will encounter on transactions and the current market practices and trends we're seeing.

The sessions are aimed at junior and mid-level investment managers, bankers and in-house lawyers who want to better understand M&A transactions.  They will also be useful for those with more experience who want to bring their understanding of corporate deals up to date.
