Join our UK REiiF 2023 - Pillow Fight event

We will host major players in the key asset classes of Living: Student, BTR, Co-Living, Affordable Housing and Later Living as they go head to head to pitch why their asset class is the best in the Living Sector and worthy of the prize of where's best to invest in a metaphorical 'Pillow Fight'.

Given funding has been harder to come by in recent months we suspect the pitchers will be keen to put their best foot forward.

Expect a bit of a fun and a healthy bit of competition between the asset class advocates for notional investment from our Living Sector "Dragons' Den-style" judges, who are each recognisable names from well known equity and debt funders and investors in the Living Sector.
