Green Claims

Many businesses will have found that over the last few years sustainability is an increasingly important consideration for their consumer base. Many organisations have set goals to reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. As a result, it is important that businesses understand and comply with their obligations under the relevant law, codes and guidance when they are making claims regarding the environmental impact of their products and services.

During this session we will talk through the regulation of green claims and practical examples of how to apply it, to avoid claims being considered to be "greenwashing".
