- Session A: How to manage a Workplace Relations Commission Audit
This practical session will provide guidance on how to prepare for an audit, what the WRC will be looking for, a step plan for responding to an unannounced inspection and best practice in engaging with WRC officials from an immigration and employment law perspective. - Session B: Processing employee data and how to manage a subject access request
Nearly five years on from the introduction of GDPR, this session will review and share tips for overcoming the core data protection challenges for employers, including handling DSARs and changes to international transfer rules.
