EXPERTISE
Monika is a Polish qualified lawyer (radca prawny) with over 20 years of experience handling a wide variety of labour law issues. Her expertise includes preparing and negotiating employee documentation, hiring at the managerial level, carrying out individual and collective redundancies, and managing relationships with employee representatives. She also advises and leads proceedings concerning workplace bullying (mobbing) and discrimination, diversity and inclusion, seconding employees as part of a provision of services, employment restructurings, configuring remote work arrangements, and counselling on day-to-day employee matters or current HR trends. Monika is systematically involved in M&A transactions, covering employment aspects in all elements of deals. She regularly advises stakeholders in the HR field.
