Expertise

Ellie is an associate in the Infrastructure, Projects & Energy department in London. She has worked with clients across a number of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, utilities and logistics and undertook a secondment in Singapore. Ellie has experience in the sustainability sector and has advised clients on renewable energy projects (with a focus on wind and solar), carbon off setting and insetting agreements and the use of alternative fuels.

Ellie's experience includes:

• advising Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (TAQA) on its acquisition of Transmission Investment, a leading UK-based energy and utility investment platform with over £3 billion of assets under management in relation to its portfolio of OFTO assets. 
• advising Green Investment Group and its subsidiaries on various corporate and finance related asset management matters in respect of the Rampion, Galloper, Lincs and Westermost Rough offshore wind farms.
• advising a group of funders, with Nord LB as agent, on the project financing of a new £180m Velindre cancer centre in Cardiff, Wales.
• working with Semperian PPP Investment Partners on the ongoing asset management of a number of social infrastructure projects across the UK.
• advising lenders on the transfer of assets and intercompany loans in respect of a solar farm in Malawi.
