Addleshaw Goddard has advised the management team of JMG Group, led by Chief Executive Officer Nick Houghton, on the completion of a substantial new equity investment by private equity firms GTCR and Synova LLP.

The investment sees a new equity investment from GTCR and Synova investing further to partnering with JMG’s management team to further accelerate the firm’s growth strategy, which combines strong organic performance with a disciplined programme of acquisitions across the UK insurance broking sector.
