EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

In this webinar, our data privacy partners from the UK and Germany will discuss the DPF and its practical impact on transfers of personal data to the USA, including:

  • What has changed since the European Court of Justice invalidated the Privacy Shield in the Schrems II decision?
  • What the DPF means for organisations in the EEA and the UK
  • Implications for organisations relying on standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and binding corporate rules (BCRs) to transfer personal data to the USA
  • How should organisations proceed, given the risk of legal challenge to the DPF?

If you have any questions that you would like to raise on the topics ahead of the webinar or any other queries please email Events.
