Adriana is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokat) with over 18 years of extensive experience in advising institutional investors on numerous real estate transactions comprising acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, and setting up joint venture partnerships. Most notably, Adriana has advised on some of the most high-profile office and hotel acquisitions in Poland. She also has robust expertise across the wider spectrum of real estate asset classes such as retail, logistics, PRS, and land transactions. Adriana is also experienced in advising on leases, including sale and lease-back structured transactions and build-to-suit projects.
Work highlights*
- Patron Capital Partners: advising on the acquisition of the 5-star Sheraton Grand Warsaw hotel, operated under an HMA structure, from the consortium of Elliot, Walton Street, and Schroders Hotels.
- Stena Real Estate: advising on the €86m acquisition of the Studio B office building in Warsaw from Skanska.
- INVESTIKA and BUD Holdings: advising on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Poland from 7R for over €150m. The 212,500 sqm portfolio comprises five logistics parks. This acquisition marks the largest logistics transaction completed in Poland and the second largest in Central Europe in 2024.
- CP Developer (joint venture between Cornerstone Investment Management and Crestyl): advising on the sale of 2,500 apartments for rent to the Swedish investor Heimstaden Bostad with a value of PLN 1,4 billion.
- Penta Real Estate: advising on the sale of the D48 office building located in Warsaw from Slovak investment fund IAD Investments.
