  • Acting for a Korean engineering and construction international company, assisting a Senior Counsel, in an arbitration under SIAC Rules relating to the construction of a power plant, with sums in dispute of over S$100 million.
  • Acted for a main contractor against a sub-contractor in an arbitration under SIAC Rules in relation to fraud resulting in overpayment on variation works.
  • Acting for a main contractor in arbitrations against a Singapore governmental entity in relation to construction works.
