Tom is a managing associate in our Leeds corporate team advising national and regional corporates, investors, founders and management teams on a breadth of corporate transactions. Tom has a particularly strong track record in advising on initial investments into businesses and then throughout investment cycles and has already played a key role in some of the firm's and region's most complex and high profile transactions.  He has experience in private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and other corporate transactions.

• Advised the founders on the minority sale of Infinity Works to Growth Capital Partners (GCP) and advising the founders and GCP on their full exit to Accenture
• Advise Samworth Brothers in its incubator investment fund
• Advising the founder of Pinpoint Designs on the sale to IDHL
• Advised the management of Pirtek Europe on its sale to US private equity house PNC
• Advised the executive board on the sale of Sheffield Forgemasters to the Ministry of Defence
• Advised the shareholders of Bee Health on their sale to US based Nutrition & Wellness
• Advising Elysian Capital on the acquisition with management of Fastflow Group Limited
• Advised management of M.K.M. Building Supplies on the sale to Bain Capital and continue to advise on the business' strategic transactions during the investment cycle
• Advised Livingbridge and the management shareholders on the sale of Nexus Vehicle Holdings Limited
