Do I have to be an in-house lawyer to attend?

The programme is designed specifically for in-house lawyers. If you are interested in attending because you work with in-house lawyers, but are not a lawyer, get in touch with us and we can discuss if this programme will be suitable for you.

Do I need to be a client of AG to attend?

No, attendees from any in-house organisation can join the programme.

Is it sector specific?

No, it is a cross sector programme suitable for participants from companies operating in any sector.

How much time commitment does it require?

The sessions are delivered over a period of five days spread over a number of months giving time for participants to implement what they learn on each module. A small amount of pre-work is required ahead of each module. You will also be encouraged to find time between modules to apply what you've learned.

What happens if I cannot attend all the dates?

At the start of the programme you must commit to attending all dates. If during the programme an unforeseen emergency occurs, you can defer attendance of that module to a subsequent programme. You can only defer once.

How do I pay?

We accommodate all payment types; purchase order, bank transfers, debit/credit cards (except American Express).

When do I have to pay by?

The full amount must be paid to secure your place and payment must be received within 30 days from receipt of the invoice.

Can I pay in instalments? 

No, we do not offer an instalment option.

Do you cover travel and accommodation costs?

No, the price is for attendance at the programme only. You will need to cover any travel and / or accommodation costs. Refreshments are provided throughout the day at the programme including a light breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks.

Can it be recorded for the purposes of SRA continuing development?

The programme is a useful tool to continue your knowledge and development and can be referenced when you need to attest that you have kept up your knowledge and development in the autumn of each year.

Do I need to tell my organisation that I am attending?

We recommend to get support from your organisation for the five days' time commitment and time to implement the ideas in the organisation. If you have a sponsor, they will be invited to the celebration drinks on the final day of the programme.
