Addleshaw Goddard's Manchester Corporate team has advised private equity firm Living Bridge on its investment into one of the largest self-catered holiday property letting agencies in the UK, Sykes Cottages.

Sykes, which is headquartered in Chester and rents more than 5,000 holiday cottages, will use the investment from Living Bridge (formerly Isis Equity Partners) to support the business as it looks to further increase its coverage and portfolio throughout the UK and Ireland.

The AG team was led by Paul Medilcott and Andy Green alongside Daniel Linton, Helena Drury, Chi Lam, Richard Oman, Natalie Hewitt, Laura Marr, Justine Delroy, William Ngan, Iain Naylor, Joanne Lightburn.

Paul Medlicott, partner at Addleshaw Goddard, said: "Living Bridge has invested in a great business at a time where the travel sector is attracting a huge amount of deal activity. The deal was done in a very short timeframe and follows a really busy 2014 for our private equity team at a time when there weren't huge volumes in the market."
