Expertise
Botond Petres a rejoint Addleshaw Goddard en 2023. Il est juriste au sein de notre département arbitrage international, basé à Paris. Il assiste l'équipe arbitrage international dans diverses procédures arbitrales, tant ad hoc qu'institutionnelles. Il assiste également l'équipe dans les procédures post-sentence.
Il s'intéresse tout particulièrement aux questions liées à l'évaluation des dommages en arbitrage international et poursuit actuellement son doctorat en finance.
Botond enseigne le droit des affaires à la Faculté des Sciences Économiques et Gestion des Affaires de l'Université Babeș-Bolyai de Cluj-Napoca, Roumanie.
