Expertise

Samantha is a corporate associate in the Manchester office. She acts on a range of transactions and all aspects of corporate work, including acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, management buyouts and acting for private equity houses on their investments and exits. 

Samantha completed her two year training contract Shoosmiths in Manchester before joining Addleshaw Goddard in January 2020 as an associate. 

Samantha's recent experience includes: 

• acting for Grace Cole on the exit of BGF
• acting for management of a leading specialist vehicle manufacturer on the investment by a private equity investor 
• acting for private equity houses Ardenton and Waterland on their strategic ongoing portfolio work 
• acting for private equity house Literacy Capital on its recent investments
