Joshua joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2021 as an Associate into our Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team. Since joining the firm he has advised on a range of matters in the transport and energy sector and has previously acted in a corporate capacity on numerous M&As.

Joshua's recent experience includes advising:

• Vaillant Group in relation to the implementation of an innovative connectivity service which will allow for real-time data to be collected from customers' boilers to assess usage data and facilitate energy saving measures;
• a multinational postal service and courier company with the implementation of its new environmental energy strategy which aims to significantly reduce the energy and emission outputs across its sites by 2026; and
• OVO Energy in respect of the integration of specialised software into existing EV charging stations to allow for energy efficiency measures to be provided to its customer base.
