Guy has particular expertise in: renewable energy, including acting for SSE plc on the sale of 25 per cent of the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners; oil and gas, including acting for Seven Energy International Limited on its $250 million acquisition of the East Horizon Gas Pipeline from Oando PLC; mining, including acting for Mandalay Resources Corporation on its $60 million fundraising by way of the issue of senior exchangeable bonds by Gold Exchangeable Limited; and water and wastewater, including acting for Xylem Inc. on its divestiture of oil and gas valves business Xylem Flow Control Limited to Rotork plc for circa $30 million.
