Having previously completed a successful secondment with the Global Investigations team, Leanne joined Global Investigations in September 2021 as an Associate.

Leanne specialises in private prosecutions in relation to corporate crime, guiding clients through investigations and subsequent remedial litigation.

Leanne has experience of both the civil and criminal proceedings.

Leanne also carries out some Health and Safety work with the wider Global Investigations team.

Leanne's recent experience includes:

• assisting Clients with Private Prosecutions, related asset tracing to recover misappropriated funds and POCA. 
• assisting Clients facing asset freezing orders.
• assisting Clients with corporate internal investigations. 
• assisting and advising on a Pro Bono basis. 
• assisting Clients in respect of Health and Safety.
