Jane has over 20 years’ experience advising on non-contentious construction matters, including the drafting, negotiation and approval of development and funding agreements, construction contracts, public finance initiative (PFI) and major projects contracts.

Jane’s areas of particular expertise include advising on procurement strategies for complex projects, drafting bespoke contractual documentation and advising on major projects contracts, especially in the waste, health and education sectors.

She also acts for a wide variety of clients within the construction industry including developers, funding institutions, members of PFI consortia, consultants and contractors.
