EXPERTISE
Eléa is a lawyer in the finance team. Her practice focuses on derivatives and debt issuance. She assists banks and other actors in the banking and financial sector in setting up and negotiating their documentation (master agreements, collateral documentation, bonds issuance). She also advises clients on issues related to these products.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Financial Law from the Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University.
