Amanda leads training and know-how development for Addleshaw Goddard's Employment team and clients.

She has responsibility for all internal and external training, including devising and delivering general training events, as well as bespoke training, for in-house lawyers, HR and managers within client businesses. 

Amanda is an accomplished public speaker and has previously given presentations at the Houses of Parliament, the Industrial Law Society's Spring Conference and the European Employment Lawyers Association's Annual Conference.

Amanda produces both short briefings and detailed guides on employment law developments for clients.  She also regularly contributes to external publications such as: People Management (the CIPD's official magazine), Lexis PSL, the Employment Law Journal, Property Week and the Employment Law Alliance. She is also a co-author of the Practical Law practice note on sexual orientation discrimination. 

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Amanda worked at top 20 City law firm, representing clients in employment disputes in the Employment Tribunal, EAT, Court of Appeal and High Court and providing advice on the full spectrum of employment law.

Amanda was a finalist for the PSL / Knowledge Lawyer of the Year Award at the LexisNexis Legal Awards 2018
