Tom is a corporate associate in the Manchester office. He acts on a range of transactions and on all aspects of corporate work, including acquisitions and disposals involving large multi-national corporates, acting for owner-managed businesses and acting for private equity houses on their investments and exits.

A sample of the deals he has advised on is below: 

• acting for ECI Partners on its investment into CPOMS, the market leading provider of software solutions for monitoring safeguarding and wellbeing issues in schools; 
• acting for the shareholders of Fishawack Limited, a global healthcare communications and marketing specialist on it sale to Bridgepoint private equity group; 
• acting for the shareholders of Dukosi Limited, a market leader in the development of cell based battery solutions to the industrial and transport sectors, on its sale to the KCK investment group; and
• acting for Citation Limited on its acquisition of the Xact Group, a provider of H&S, HR and employment consultancy services.
