Rebecca is an Associate in our commercial dispute resolution team, helping clients to navigate complex legal situations and to manage disputes. Rebecca has experience in corporate disputes (including claims arising out of the sale/purchase of businesses and shareholder/partner disputes), public procurement challenges, supply chain disputes and professional negligence claims.

Rebecca acts for clients in both the private and the public sector, and her work includes advising on contractual negotiations and terminations, as well as dispute avoidance.

Rebecca is familiar with proceedings both before the Courts and resolving disputes by alternative means.

Recent experience includes:

• acting for an e-commerce cosmetics retailer in relation to a contractual dispute regarding warehousing and logistics, including advising on business protection issues
• advising bidder clients in relation to public procurement challenges, including in the waste management and construction industries
• advising clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector on contractual exits
• advising on professional negligence claims against clients' former advisers
• previously acted for a multi-national producer in the food industry in a £30 million competition damages claim in relation to a cartel which operated for over a decade in multiple jurisdictions
