Alexander’s recent experience includes:
- Advising an import and wholesale business on their AIM listing;
- Acting for a private equity network on a number of investments in the financial advice sector;
- Advising the shareholders of a care home group on the reorganisation and financing of the group; and
- Advising a client in the recruitment sector on the acquisition of a regional business to strengthen their interests in that region.
