Sung is a Knowledge Lawyer and a Solicitor Advocate in the Employment, Incentives and Immigration Group and is based in our London office. Sung is the Senior Director of Korea Business Group at Addleshaw Goddard LLP.
Sung joined Addleshaw Goddard LLP in December 2019, having previously practised at a large West End firm where he established and headed the Korean Desk. Sung has advised a large number of Korean corporate clients on employment and business immigration matters. His clients include group companies of LG Group, Hyundai Group and SK Group as well as major Korean commercial banks such as KEB Hana Bank, Woori Bank and Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK). He also acts as legal counsel for the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.
