Mairi-Claire specialises in all aspects of contract law for an extensive variety of clients. Her work includes drafting, reviewing, and amending commercial contracts, service agreements, supply agreements and distribution agreements.
Mairi-Claire advises clients on corporate governance, mergers (including cross-border mergers) and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Mairi-Claire has also recently become involved in private equity investments.
