Anamika is a member of the commercial tax group of Addleshaw Goddard, and deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial tax law.
This includes advising on the tax consequences for company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, including negotiation of tax warranties and indemnities in relation to both share and asset transfers.
Anamika also has a keen interest in international tax law, and advises on cross-border structuring, personal and corporate tax residence, controlled foreign company rules, and withholding taxes.
In addition, Anamika has a strong background in Indian and international tax law. She has contributed a chapter on "State Building and Governance in Developing Countries" in a book published by Linde (2014) "Tax Policy Challenges in the 21st century" and is also a member of the Bar Council of India.
