Ella is an Associate in the Professional Practices Group, qualifying into the team as an Associate in March 2025 after completing her second seat in the Professional Practices Group. Ella advises a range of professional services clients including law firms, accountancy firms and engineering firms. 

Since joining the Group, Ella has made significant contributions across advisory, transactional and contentious matters. Her experience includes supporting on partner disputes, large-scale private equity investment and the formation and regulation of LLPs.  Highlights of Ella's experience in the Group include advising:

• a global accountancy firm on the acquisition of a London-based accountancy firm;
• on the establishment and SRA authorisation of a US-based law firm; 
• on the ABS application of a PE-backed debt recovery firm;
• on a shareholder exit and share buyback for an investment management company; and
• on partner restrictive covenants for a global professional services firm.
