Kirsty is a Managing Associate in the real estate team with substantial experience in English real estate work across a range of sectors and for a number of blue chip and high profile clients.

Kirsty has acted for a range of national and international clients including corporates, investors, funds, joint ventures, and owner-occupiers. She has particular expertise acting for investors and developers on transactions with unusual or complex structures. She is also experienced in the real estate aspects of M&A transactions, and acts for a number of occupiers in the retail and leisure sectors.

Before joining the firm in August 2016 Kirsty was the professional support lawyer in the real estate team at a large London firm, where she was responsible for (amongst other things) internal and external training, drafting precedent documents and writing legal briefings for clients. Prior to this, Kirsty spent over 7 years in the real estate team of a magic circle firm as an associate and then senior associate. Kirsty's depth of experience and practical approach is combined with a high degree of technical expertise.

  • Currently advising national DIY retailer and nationwide leisure operator in connection with new store and restaurant openings across England and Wales.
