• Acting for Threadneedle in relation to the management of their property portfolios including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing along with general asset management.
• Part of a cross border and cross department team who acted for Handsale Limited in the refinancing of care homes in Scotland, England and Wales.
• Acting for a large financial institution on the refinancing of a portfolio of garden centres across England and Wales.
• Acting for Springhill Property Investments (Jersey) Limited in the acquisition of a storage and distribution unit in England. 
• Acting for a property investor client in relation to the disposal of a residential portfolio comprising 360 units by way of individual plot sales. 
• Acting for Moorfields Advisory Limited in respect of general asset management across several shopping centres.
