EXPERTISE

  • I specialise in Finance Litigation. I have been qualified for 15 years. I am a Managing Associate Solicitor based in the firm's Leeds office.
  • I primarily act on behalf of a wide range of asset finance clients on recoveries and litigation work. The Asset Finance market has always been a very successful one for the firm across both Contentious and Non-contentious work.
  • My work involves progressing return of goods claims, breach of contract claims, breach of guarantee claims, breach of warranty claims and claims in conversion / the wrongful interference with goods. I have a particular specialism in obtaining 'interim delivery up orders' which is a form of injunction used to recover goods quickly. I also assist clients with the enforcement of money judgments in England and abroad.
  • I am judged by my clients on the value of the assets recovered, plus money recovered, less legal spend. It is very important therefore that cases are dealt with commercially and in a timely fashion to maximise returns.
