  • Advised a client on the contestation of a settlement agreement signed with a top executive who had engaged in acts of disclosure of confidential information to several competitor companies during the negotiation of the settlement agreement, facts revealed after the signature of the settlement agreement
  • Assisted two clients on contesting before the judicial tribunal a decision of the works council to appoint an expert in the context of collective redundancies
  • Defended a client against an employee alleging mobbing and sexual harassment from a top executive of the company
