Lydia is a commercial and privacy lawyer in our Manchester Commercial team with experience advising on a variety of commercial contracts and data protection matters in the digital, retail and consumer sectors.
Lydia's experience includes advising on, drafting and negotiating manufacturing and distribution agreements, SaaS agreements and agreements for the provision of goods and services. Lydia also has experience advising on a range of consumer law, marketing and advertising matters, including business to consumer contracts, customer journeys for e-commerce businesses, prize draws, offers and promotions.
