Jmaïaa focuses her practice on advising and assisting companies with a wide range of transactions, from private equity transactions to cross-border acquisitions in both industrial and services sectors. Jmaïaa also has experience in an international pharmaceutical group (CDMO), where she was entrusted with both the sector-specific aspects of the acquisitions and post-acquisition matters such as renegotiation of contracts. She actively participates in the follow-up of these transactions until their completion. Her work also involves legal monitoring of companies in the context of various corporate law issues.
