Graeme has several years' experience advising on corporate and commercial matters including, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance. He has advised a diverse range of clients including small owner-managed businesses, multi-national PLCs and public sector organisations. Prior to qualifying as a corporate lawyer Graeme owned and operated a small business in Glasgow and he retains a particular affinity with and interest in the SME sector in the West of Scotland.
