Danielle has recently joined as a Corporate Associate in our London Office. She is currently on secondment from NatWest Bank where she usually works within the Retail Legal team, primarily focussing on supporting innovation, digital banking, customer experience, strategy, and distribution. Danielle has worked at NatWest for 13 years, joining the legal team in 2016 when she worked for the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel as Executive Assistant. She then began her legal training a few years later, qualifying in 2022. 

Some highlights of Danielle’s recent experience include:

• supporting on the creation of Cash Access UK Limited, a joint venture created and founded by some of the UK’s largest high street banking providers, designed to protect access to cash and enabling consumers and small businesses to access cash, deposit and access basic banking services across the UK. Danielle has been the lead coordinator on behalf of NatWest, RBS and Ulster since the beginning of 2023. 
• advising stakeholders in the NatWest business on a broad range of customer matters, including Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Wills and Safe Custody.
