Abigail advises on all aspects of employment law, including providing support for corporate transactions and contentious matters, as well as advisory work. She also has experience in immigration matters. 

Abigail has day to day conduct of a range of claims in the Employment Tribunal, including discrimination, constructive dismissal, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims. She also has experience on advisory work, drafting employment contracts and senior executives' service agreements, and advising on employment and HR policies. Abigail also advises on exits of senior executives, some involving negotiating settlement terms and drafting agreements.
