Rosie advises a wide range of clients in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including day to day practical employment issues such as redundancy, long term absence/ill-health issues and performance management/disciplinary cases and in drafting service agreements and policies.

She also advises in more complex areas such as insolvency related issues, reorganisations and collective changes to terms and conditions, issues arising from post-termination restrictions, immigration and executive terminations.

An accomplished advocate, Rosie has many years experience of acting for clients in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. She has substantial experience of negotiating settlements (including through mediation) and drafting the necessary documentation to suit.

Rosie's client base crosses several sectors, including: retail and consumer, utilities, energy and industrials. She is an active member of the core industrials sector team.
