Ciara advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Ciara's non-contentious experience includes drafting employment contracts, directors' service agreements, settlement agreements and employment policies as well as advising on general day-to-day employment matters such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy exercises, terminating contracts of employment and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. Ciara's practice also includes working with clients on dedicated helplines in order to assist them with day-to-day employment queries as well as providing employment support in commercial and corporate matters. She also has some experience of immigration matters.

Ciara has dealt with Employment Tribunal litigation for a wide range of employer clients and has dealt with claims relating to unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination, victimisation, redundancy and unlawful deductions from wages.
