EXPERTISE 

Cameron is an Associate within our Commercial Services division and is based in our Aberdeen office.  Cameron has experience advising a wide range of clients across various sectors on large projects and day-to-day matters in areas such as commercial contracts, data protection and IP/IT.

Cameron has previous in-house experience with a FTSE 100 company focussing on commercial contracts including the drafting, review and negotiation of a broad range of agreements including supply contracts, computer & IT agreements, sponsorship agreements and confidentiality agreements including NDA's.

• Providing data protection support to a leading food and drink manufacturer on data processing terms within a services agreement.
• Providing support to the Corporate team on an acquisition for a client in the technology sector by conducting due diligence on commercial, intellectual property and IT matters.
