Natasha advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including providing support for corporate transactions and contentious matters, as well as advisory work including:

  • assisting on and having day to day conduct of Employment Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination
  • drafting employment contracts and directors' and senior executives' service agreements
  • conducting due diligence and advising both buyer and seller clients on corporate transactions
  • advising on TUPE provisions and processes
  • advising on settlement agreements.
